wk27: streak of fails

In the last Ultraupdate, I told you about:

In Today’s Issue:

the ‘quick’ weekend getaway turned out to be disastrous.

I fell sick, which unfortunately overshadowed any potential progress this week, leaving only efforts in its wake.

So, what did I accomplish this week?

  • I tested the LinkedIn multi-account strategy, but it proved more challenging than anticipated. Multiple accounts were banned, including both self-made and purchased ones.

  • My automations are still in progress; I've only completed about half of what I had planned.

  • There was only one real success: the new Substack is launched and active. We have a new account that seems promising.

  • I still haven't activated the CRM. Only a few leads have been added to Smartlead, and outreach hasn't been restarted.

Okay, am I publicly panicking? There's a persistent voice in the back of my mind asking, 'What if you fail publicly?' But then I remember that only 67 people are reading this, and with a 43% read rate, only about 28 of you are actually reading this right now.

I'll probably re-read my own blogs to remind myself that I didn't start this to prove I'm always right. It's about sharing what happens behind the scenes.

Reflecting now and looking at the brighter side, I have established a semi-autopilot business generating $200-300 per month. This could be turned into a cash flow asset with 5x'd profits in, say, 6 months. I could even sell it for $5-10K right now (though I don't want to).

I also realized that I initially wasted a lot of time figuring out what works and spending time on unnecessary things that I later abandoned (like tools.botsgonewild.co, for instance).

Perhaps the LinkedIn strategy should be skipped entirely, with a complete focus on outreach and Substack. However, this LinkedIn strategy could be a game-changer if it works.

In conclusion, I ideally should be focusing and doubling down on what works, while dedicating only 20% of my time to new experiments. Hopefully, I'll be healthy next week and have some major accomplishments. Wish me luck!
