✅ Reality Check!

It’s 4PM Saturday and it already feels like Sunday.

Sipping herbal tea. Baiting myself to write this down so I can retire early today.

This was a tiring week. It was a hustle journey. I had some self awareness moments.

I hate making videos and writing this newsletter.

At the same time I also love it.

Sharing my business journey feels like opening my diary to the world. This week, my hands shook as I posted updates. It's scary to show my messy first steps. But it's also fun to share my small wins.

Getting used to my new writing schedule, shooting and editing videos daily.

This is when we haven't started yet. But I know, it will be ok in a few weeks as the project matures.

🦄 Learning and Plans

To reduce my time in editing and posting. I planned to hire a video editor this week. This is a difficult task. I’m very very choosy. I want the person to be AI-friendly. The person should be hungry and quick to learn. So far it feels like I’m chasing a 🦄.

Why am I hiring so early?

I didn’t even launch the project yet.

This is because I have committed to the project.

To make it a success I am preparing for future. I will be able to focus on content curation and marketing instead of editing.I plan to create a calendar for this social media posting. To make the process effortless in coming weeks.

I have also made a 1% improvement table.

This is a document to plan and track my improvement in each video.

Getting a viral video might take a few weeks or months. I will learn a lot through this habit.

I plan to increase the distribution by implementing 3 things:
• Write Daily Tweets and LinkedIn Posts
• Post about my journey on Reddit and other forums
• Dedicate daily outreach time to engage with other posts and reach out to others on platforms to gain visibility

To accommodate this, I will reduce the number of blogs I post during the week.

While these plans are crucial for future success, it's important to acknowledge the progress I've already made.

Branding Strategy

I brainstormed. I created stories for each AI imagined in a human like form.

The story is going to be exciting.

The characters will be seated in a bar and talking to different new marketing AI tools.

They will take their interview. They will watch news on TV station and comment about it. I know this could be tough to implement as a solopreneur. But I’m in love with the idea. I am gonna make it happen.

This is why I’m so bullish that I might kill the competition by being completely unique.

With the branding strategy in place, the next step is to focus on platform-specific strategies.

Tiktok

TikTok is very important for this project. Animations do really good there. I am trying to get out of this shadowban curse but creating and testing new accounts.

I bought US esim and Residential US Proxy. Even though the new account on firefox showed video posted, but it wasn’t.

I downloaded Tiktok on my iPad but now the proxy speed has dropped, I have emailed the support and waiting for their reply. If not I will purchase another one from a new vendor

Researched Animation

I learned about LoRa (Stable Diffusion Custom model) character creation.

I read A LOT of comics at webtoons to understand how it works. I’ve read only a few in my lifetime.

I have to say it was suuper fun, and addictive.

I learned a little about comics creation which I will implement in my newsletter.
