the next milestone and challenge in ultrapreneurs
Consider subscribing my first project of build in public if you haven’t already.
I research and post playbooks for growth hacking using AI tools.
First Milestone: $5k/mo using the newsletter alone
👋 Hey Ultrapeople, it’s Vaibhav.
In the last Ultraupdate, I told you about:
Final stretch to $5k
In Today’s Issue:
the plans ahead
Let's talk about what's next. We're doing around $3000 in revenue, and I think MRR would be around $1000 as we conclude the newsletter. But I think my aim is still $5000.
The next phase of the newsletter could be either of the two things:
I scale BGW with social media, creating videos breaking down marketing stuff
Or a D2C newsletter as the next phase of the challenge would include using AI to automate stuff in commerce, creating a single source of truth (SSOT) by having all the supply chain in a single ERP, and then using those solutions to pitch to other people those products or services. Product would be customizable, so it's kind of a service but not fully a SaaS product.
For the newsletter, it could be a complement to what we are doing with the supply chain.
On the side, we plan to start a CRM project which can be replicated multiple times. Some parts of it can be implemented in the newsletter outreach, and some parts could be for the other projects such as e-commerce. It's a win-win.
Only thing is that in the last 19 days of this sprint I want to do something that keeps the growth sustainable even after me focusing on other projects. Part of it requires automations, and part of it requires delegation and finding the right people and having a vision. That's what I'm going to do.
So I'll be focusing more on the thinking part on the roadmap - what to do next? The sourcing and the product research part is going on in e-commerce. I will be visiting China next month and also curating different product ideas, deciding the brand strategy, and creating an ads team for Amazon and Facebook ads. Scaling on the D2C side is going to be a priority for the next milestone for the Entrepreneurs Channel.
One thing I am proud of is that I've been consistent lead writing and putting my thoughts out through this newsletter, meeting great people, and building stronger relationships with the existing ones. Also, I was able to post videos regularly, which kept me accountable. However, the video quality and the daily throughput reduce valuable content, which is what I mean. I will be focusing on next - probably hiring a studio or setting up a studio within my office or home to create videos and hiring an editor who can help me push out great content which I resonate with.
