Stopping to smell the roses

Its been 102 days since I got into this project.

I realised I shifted to many paths and I was actually confused what to do, initially how to build the website, then the niche and then the branding and so on.

There are so many paths I could’ve taken. Building and focusing on Ultrapreneurs only and build a podcast and community. I could have just focused on the recommendation engine. Or EngagementX. Or just the AI content videos for Botsgonewild.

As I progressed I realised the simpler the goal the better as I can make progress faster.

Ofcourse, all the above mentioned are the part of the longer term vision, but for now I’ve figured out the priority and I am going to stick to it. It is focusing mainly on monetisation aspect and as soon as possible close sponsors for the newsletter and clients for the service.

As a part of Ultrapreneurship, I have promised myself to not to overstretch myself with work.
To my surprise, majority of the time I had been laid back, gave my self enough time to think and the path was revealed just by “Stopping to smell the roses”. Majority of the problems were solved just by waiting, instead of chasing.

For instance I had thinking about what kind of meta ads budget I would need to reach 100K subs, however the path was revealed and turns out I found growth hack to reach 100k on a budget

Entangled in the threads of decisions

I have smaller successes to celebrate figured out the content format, building audience and so on. However there’s a lot of decisions and tasks I have which are now a bottle neck.
I have taken too long to finalise the ‘minimilistic’ yet a home for my newsletter and recommendation engine and database of the tools. This is causing delays to start social media and also blogging.
This is because I’m on substack but I want to blogging and have a professional website too with the tools.

As I know the best path forward is the usually the simplest one. However I have a problem, my strategy involves testing different audiences in different substacks, I have only single substack on which I have posts live, others are just inactive. I want to combine all on a single website and have recommendation engine to fix and the database to host.

I am trying to finalise this by this week.
