👋 Hey Ultrapeople, it’s Vaibhav.
In the last Ultraupdate, we had a very quick and small update.
In Today’s Issue:

Clear Path
Website Thoughts
🤩 Winning streak
Despite the horrendous cold I’ve caught, this week has been really promising.
I started the emailers for the DFY service and am getting really good responses, with inbox deliverability being strong.
I've cracked the method of Substack growth (grey hat), so we can scale up to unlimited newsletters with relevant ICPs.
Here's the to-do list I created to avoid wasting time figuring out what to do:

I'm lagging behind, but the progress we've made just by sorting out what to focus on is immense.
For monthly milestones, I have three things left that, unfortunately, I don't think will be completed. Even if I try to stretch myself, I would only deliver low-quality work, so it's better not to attempt them.

Clear Path
I have prioritized two things: Fueling the Newsletter and Focusing on the Service.
Any actions I take will be solely to fuel newsletter growth or develop the service. I have put the SaaS and branding initiatives (videos, YouTube channel, comics) aside because these will take time to produce results.
I want to prove that I can fully focus on newsletters and generate consistent revenue even in 2024, contrary to what people have told me: "It's a very difficult business to crack; rather focus on e-commerce which is printing money for you."
This was my friend's advice to me, showing me the Valley of Despair graph. He pointed out that I'm in phase 4 with e-commerce but only near phase 2 in the newsletter business. However, while this holds some truth, it's not that simple.
Even though I'm far from generating income and figuring out the monetization part, I strongly believe this will work because it's something I'm naturally good at. Growth hacking and finding unconventional ways to scale is what drives me.

Website Thoughts
After going through hundreds of designs for BGW, including website versions with the tools engine and database, I've decided to make it a simple flow.
Enter email and get access to everything?
I'm still thinking it through, but this is my current direction.
It could be WordPress with an emailer system, and separately, a newsletter on Beehiiv.
This setup would provide what's really important to me: zero reliance on a centralized platform (Beehiiv, Substack, or any other). I don't want any company to control my business.
While I really want to try out the Beehiiv boosts and ad network, there's SparkLoop too. So having an independent platform could be really valuable.
I want to experiment with all of these things next month, so there's a lot to cover.

Quantum computing is like trying to solve a Rubik's Cube blindfolded while being attacked by a swarm of bees: it's complicated, and you're not really sure what you're doing, but hey, maybe you'll get lucky.
